What will you do?
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airline passengers during the crucial pre-flight stages. This role involves verifying travel documents, processing baggage, managing boarding procedures, and ensuring a smooth and efficient passenger experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify passenger identification and travel documents (passports, visas, tickets, etc.).
  • Confirm flight reservations and assign seats according tpassenger preferences and availability.
  • Issue boarding passes and baggage claim tags.
  • Collect baggage fees (if applicable).
  • Provide information regarding baggage allowances, security regulations, and other travel advisories.
  • Handle special requests from passengers (e.g., wheelchair assistance, special meals).
  • Announce boarding calls and manage the boarding process according testablished procedures.
  • Verify boarding passes and ensure accurate passenger counts.
  • Assist passengers with seat assignments and resolve any boarding issues.
  • Communicate with the flight crew regarding passenger numbers and any special boarding needs.
  • Ensure on-time departures by efficiently managing the boarding process.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Handle difficult or demanding passengers with tact and diplomacy.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanour in stressful situations.
  • Adhere tall safety and security regulations and procedures.
  • Report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
  • Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in Airlines and/or Ground Handling Agent.
  • Strong command in English Speaking, written and Reading.
  • University Graduate.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills.( MS Office, Excel, Word,…etc)
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.
