What will you do?
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Agents member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and Responding: Proactively check emails and logbooks to address pending issues and correspondence, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
- Flight Management: Oversee all flight types (scheduled, charter, private), meticulously tracking traffic rights and optimizing slot allocation for seamless operations.
- Traffic Rights Coordination: Secure traffic rights permissions from the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA) for our clients, efficiently communicating approvals.
- Information Collection and Dissemination: Gather critical operational data, including fuel signals, flight plans, and operational messages, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to relevant departments, airports, and clients.
- Client Communication: Keep Aero Star Aviation Services clients informed about new ECAA instructions and airport bulletins, facilitating compliance and smooth operations.
- Safety and Security: Maintain the highest standards of safety, security, and quality across all operational aspects.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including proper email etiquette.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Organizational Abilities: Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to address challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Aviation Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aviation terminology, procedures, and regulations is an advantage.
- Experience: minimum 3 years experience in Operations or in airport related tasks
- Age should not exceed 33 years old
